1General Terms and Conditions

Bd899 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Company") is an international-standard online gaming and betting platform. These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between the user (hereinafter referred to as "Member" or "you") and bd899.

These Terms and Conditions apply in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered final. However, all key terms have been clearly explained in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi members.

Bd899 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be deemed acceptance of the new terms.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on bd899, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• Only one account per person is permitted.

5Gaming Rules

6Prohibited Activities

7Responsible Gaming Policy

Members on our platform have access to the following tools:

• Session Limit: Daily playtime limit
• Cooling-Off: Account suspended for 24 hours to 30 days for a temporary break
• Self-Exclusion: Account closure for 6 months or more

8Account Closure & Suspension

Bd899 may suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms and Conditions

• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
• For legal or regulatory reasons

Bd899 will generally notify a member by email before closing their account. However, in cases of serious violations, immediate action may be taken without prior notice.

Members may close their account at any time. Any available cash balance will be eligible for withdrawal before closure.

10Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between bd899 and a Member will first be addressed through mutual discussion. An initial response to any complaint submitted to support will be provided within 7 business days.

For dispute resolution, bd899's server logs and data will be treated as conclusive evidence. RNG audit reports will be used in any disputes regarding game outcomes.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, bd899 reserves the right to settle it through international arbitration. The English version of these Terms shall prevail in any interpretation.
